Welcome to another week of Kate’s beautiful meals. We have a great selection this week highlighting more of the amazing produce Hawke’s Bay has on offer. The Beef burgers with Te Mata Mushrooms portobello’s coupled with Epicurean gardens organic salad mix and a quick and simple home-made tomato sauce recipe it’s sure to be a family favourite!
The Creamy Chicken and leek pie is a great recipe to adjust to your preference-either with the mash topping for a gluten-free option or you can replace this with filo or puff pastry. The Lamb Massaman Curry has amazing vibrant flavours and is a quick meal to put together for one of those nights where you’re a bit time pressured!
This year we will be at the Better Home and Living Show at Pettigrew Green Arena on the 18th,19th and 20th of May along with many other Hawkes Bay businesses and we’d love to see you there, it’s a great event full of products, ideas, and inspiration.
